The new issue of TAG, vol. 91, no. 3, is now at press and will mail to all subscribers in 2-3 weeks.
This issue leads off with a memorial to our fourth Editor and Publisher, David L. Greene, who died in November 2020.
Dave would have liked this issue, which proceeds with a detailed discussion by Ian Watson of the Great Migration Study Project on the document known as the “Providence Civil Compact.”
Also in this issue are a new royal descent for sisters Anne (Marbury) Hutchinson and Katherine (Marbury) Scott and their cousin William Wentworth; more on the Caverley family of Massachusetts, Nova Scotia, Barbados, and Dominica; the interestingly-named Sussex Uredge family, with colonial descendants, the Lincolnshire connections of a puritan minister, Rev. Thomas James, and an ingenious deduction of the first wife of Judah Wright in eighteenth-century Connecticut.
Thanks to all TAG subscribers and authors for their patience as we work back to regular quarterly publication this year.
